    Thanks HammockGear!!

After a recent trip to the Linville Gorge, I noticed that one of the snaps on my top quilt had torn through the fabric. I contacted Adam and Jenny and they said to send the quilt back and they could repair it. What makes it even better is that they did it free of charge even when I offered to send them my credit card information.

Thanks for the outstanding customer service!

I've noticed the amount of force required to pull the snaps apart on mine. I was concerned that this would rip the studs out, so I always leave the snaps attached, but now that it's warming up here, I would like to unsnap the studs.

Just a bit concerned the same thing will happen to my Burrow.

I feel the same way, and leave mine snapped. I know that they would fix it, but the run-around of getting it back and forth is worse IMO than just venting from the drawstring.
