Hey I hope this is the right place to ask this ! I'm 6'7" and I was wondering if you could help in my hammock choice ? What would suit my size the best?

stay away from a ENO singlenest (6'5" here and it just ain't...well...big enough!!)

I think a BlackBird would be a good choice - that thing feels like a mansion inside to me!!! (because of that I figure the couple of extra inches you are, it'd probably be quite good!!)

I have an ENO doublenest - the extra width of that compared to the single is VERY noticeable and helpful for us "larger loads"!!

(No working knowledge here of others...I'm sure there are plenty of other ideas here!!)

You list DIY insulation in your profile summary. If you did that yourself you would have no difficulty making you own gathered end hammock. You can make it any size you want. With a little experimentation you can be set up to suit your needs.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

As a rule of thumb the larger and longer hammock is, the more comfortable you will be. Think of airline seating - first class versus economy. To save $500 you may choose to squeeze into an economy seat. But for say an additional $100, you will have a lifetime of hammock comfort.

Hennessy has a few choices that accommodate a 7' man. If you go to their products page, each hammock has the height/weight limits.

i've never had one, but from all the comments on here, you will want to change out the "slap straps" that come with the eno, they are said to stretch pretty badly and not seen very favorably by alot of people, then again they may work for you

I'm 6'5" and find the Wilderness Logic "Night Owl" (11 feet long) is a better choice than the "standard" 10 foot gathered end hammock and more than generous for my size. They also sell a bug net sized for this hammock, a necessary addition for buggy environments.

I am 6 ft. and I use the Double Nest hammock and I wouldn't recomend it for anyone over 6 ft.
