Could you guys try Collapsing the modules on the front page now and see if it is fixed?
I made a modification that I think should fix it. If it still does not work you may need to clear your cookies for this web site.

I like the random images too...agree it draws more attention to the galleries.

I collapsed today, then shut down Firefox, when I came back it was still collapsed. When I restored it, it was all good.
