    Here is what 1500#s looks like Car Camping

    No light weights here....

    I couldnt resist,,,everyone poundin their chests on how light there packs weigh and all their gear for a 5 day, 2000k mile hike, and all..ul UUL XUL sheeeese...

    Here is my hammock /gear/ kayak, yak shack I keep my hammocks, and tents and sleeping bags and cookware in it when I go.






    And this is really really heavy.

    I love it, is that an OT Camper I see on the pick up or a Tripper? It is so much fun to camp that way. I too have a trailer to pull and I can really load it when I want to. I have said on here so often, it is just about getting outside. How you want to do it is not important.

    That is a tent stove from the army surplus store.... a might heavy for a gram weeneie,,,,but for car camping its da bomb.....l

    I remember that trip like it was yesterday! Had a great time but MAN did it rain that night. Good thing we were high and dry!
