Client rescheduled and I was free to go for about 10 mins until my wife planned my sons birthday party that weekend.... Can't make it now.... Really bummed

I talked to my boss. He gave me that Friday off so I can get up there anytime and not have to rush out after work like I'm doing this weekend for a local camp.

I also have Monday off, but I could use that for a day to chill at home. Or should I say warm up at home. LOL

I will be heading out to the woods Thursday morning if you want to come join me. I may have one other person carpooling with me as well. I will be out till the 18th and plan to attend the Gift of the woods show with Shug up in Wausau on the 17th.

I just got back a few hours ago from a 4 day trip to the north woods to test out some gear and there was almost too little snow to bring the winter set up. A buddy of mine had a tripod for cooking that came in real handy. Might be something worth bringing out but I don't have one. I found a 2 gallon camping pot I might bring along for melting snow. Also thinking about some ice fishing gear.

I just got back from a weekend in Kankakee IL with the fiance and dogs. The dogs didn't take well to the cold unfortunately, but the fiance loved the trip.

I'm still trying to find someone to take the dogs as I can't afford to board them right now.
