    Quilting Loops Resources

I'm making a TQ using Climashield Apex 5.0, and Momentum 90. The insulation didn't get pinned in the side seams. It's not bad, but does seem to want to move around a bit.

I my run the sewing machine a 1/2" in from the edge to pin the sides better, but I'm also thinking I want to add a few quilting loops just to be on the safe side. Does anyone know of a resource that shows exactly how to do these loops?

I haven't been able to find anything.

    Thanks.

Here are the HF instructions for a Kick *** Quilt. Scroll almost to the end. Part 6 is how to do the quilting loops.

    Awesome. Thanks.

    One other question.

The inside of the quilt will be Momentum 90 Taffeta and has no rip-stop. If I start poking holes for quilting in the taffeta will that open me up to possible ripping?

I'm probably being paranoid, but better safe than sorry.

I would think little to none as long as you are not rougher than normal usage on your gear.
