If my memory serves me correctly I believe that Brandon is in the process of moving his shop to a different location and also in the process of training a couple of assistants. So this would probably explain the lack of email responses. Rest assured that you are not forgotten and that you will get your order in do time.

Brandon is usually really good about replying to emails. It took about a month from the time I paid via PayPal to when I got my Hammock. Well worth the wait. I would try to email him again if it has been more than a week since your last email to him.

i'm usually pretty good about responding to emails within 2 business days. and my inbox is currently empty so you should have gotten a response

when you place an order you will receive only one receipt via email, that is the one that comes from paypal. later when we print the shipping label you get a shipping notice with tr#

orders coming in now are looking at a lead time of about 2 weeks, i'm actually not too far behind at this point. i'm doing another big shipping day on thursday so if you've been waiting a couple weeks your order will likely ship thurs
