    Thanks shug

Three weeks ago I was doing some research on a pair of noes on YouTube . I came across one of shugs videos. I had never thought about hammocks before this. I hike all the time try do over nights at least three time a month and hate sleeping on the ground. I've been hanging around the forum for the last couple of weeks trying to figure what would be best for me. Tonight I ordered a BB 1.1 dbl for me and a 1.7 dbl for my hiking buddy. Also started a diy uq the other night.
Just wanted to say thanks shug for the great vids you make and to all you other hangers for all the great info on the site.

I doubt that there is any hanger that is without either direct or indirect influence of Shug.
I've been hanging for almost 10 years now-whether via boot, paddle or wheel; and I will go back and re-watch/learn from this master of the piney wood.
    All hail Shug.

Even people, like me, who doesn't know Shug personally still know what his backyard looks like

Here, Here! I watched many of Shug's videos in preparation for my first hang this past weekend. I loved the knowledge and the pure entertainment! One of my buddies on the trip brought up Shug and we laughed telling our other friend about his videos. Big fans. Gotta admire anyone who knows what style of BBQ is the best too! Shug, are you originally from NC?

Yeah, I've probably been watching too many videos when I recognize shots in new videos from older ones.
