My next birthday I will have the answer.

Too bad I don't know what the question is.

So it's not up your alley. The student is at least trying to gather data, and it might be the first survey they've ever put together. Instead of just criticizing their effort by poopooing it maybe direct some PMs to him with specific views on how you think his next survey could be improved based on other ones you've seen before. I liked the mention of car-camping vs Backpack camping. Technically camping at a Music Festival is camping

Face it, we're all subject matter experts to one degree or another on this subject, so we can get very uppity on the types of questions asked.

Filled it out. I'm glad they allowed some good space in the Other field Because I do a lot of work outside for the environment.

I took the survey and it didn't raise any red flags. Just basic questions on outdoor sports and environmental awareness/concern. Lots of room for subjective answers, like "where is the best place in the world for outdoor sports"

I do not see where I was criticizing anyone. I was voiceing my views and i am sorry if you don't agree but I still stand by my views on this.. The great thing about this is we can all have our own views on the matter.
How boring would life be if we all agreed on everything?

Just saw this thread and would love to help out, but seems that they may have closed the survey already.

It's a push poll. They ask you scattershot questions with certain allegations mixed in with them. What the heck does milk have to do with anything in hammocking? Well, you can make fibers out of rotten milk and perhaps hang from a hammock made from that but no, this one asks about Hormones in milk. Push polls try to get you to form opinions without you realizing them. They are devious and malicious.

Most folks are ignorant that their pockets are being picked.
