Here is a vid I put together quick to show you guys the sites I was talking about. We (my son and I) went for an early spring camping trip to afton this year and we originally went to campsite 4 but there was a hammock camper in site 5 (can you spot him in the beginning of the vid?) so we went over to site 6 which had a bit of a hill to block him from our view. you can see there are a lot of trees and the sunrise there is gorgeous! BTW this was obviously BH (before hammocking)

So, did we agree that Nov 19th Saturday is going to be when we have this?

I have to go and sight-in my gun "Betty" today. So, I am going to try and swing by Afton tomorrow before I head up north for some deer slammin'

Can't make those dates.....my Wife is having her Fundraiser and I am involved.

I was just throwing out a date. Does anyone else have a suggestion to dates? I know it will be tough with the holidays around the corner too.

We gotta make one more trip out before you shoot on down to Tn. Do you have any days that do work for you?

I'd like to hook up with you guys this time if possible.

I cannot do Thanksgiving weekend, and it sounds like the 19th does not work for a few of us.

Should we consider Dec. 3rd?

Everything is up in the air with my move right now. I am hoping to have more details next week but right now I can't really make any firm plans. Once I figure out what my schedule is going to look like I will let you know.

I'll likely come for a look, but don't have gear yet for a cold overnite. That's why I'd come, to learn what a noob can learn about such stuff. Thanks for thinking of us!
