How to post a "big" pic in a thread?

i have the opposite problem. dunno how to post thumbnails that you can click to get the large version, just one or the other

truth is, i never tried any of the advanced editing buttons

I'm going to bump this thread because it's four years since the last posts, and none of the solutions seem to work.

I can't seem to get anything except thumbnails to post.... Nothing happens if I click on the thumbnails during the "manage uploads" process like this thread suggested.

How do you get larger photos up these days...??

I'm also interested and I know there is a way because I see it done all the time, I just can't figure it out.

Where are you hosting the the picture, is it here or on photobucket or someplace else?

I've tried using both Flickr and Google Drive Photos, neither one has worked. Do I need a photobucket account to make it work?

If you use the tapatalk app you can upload the big pictures directly from your phone.

View correctly sized image on Flickr / click on the 'Share Photo' button / select and copy the BB Code / paste BB Code into post...

Appears to still be working. Above is the result when I click on the thumbnail and then copy/paste the "BB Image Code" that is under the larger picture that results. Below is the result when I remove " _thumb " from what I have pasted from the "BB Image Code" copy:
