    SOLD: DIY Venom stoves

Hey guys & gals, up for sale are three different styles of Venom stoves. I was trying to re-create some of the beer bottle style stoves out there and these came to be during that process. These are all fully functional stoves that I would put in my pack any day (if I didn't have like seven in there already) Stoves are $10 each. Videos of burn tests will be available soon.

SOLD is the two piece open top, side jet stove. This one has had the top of the bottle cut off and pressed into the bottom. The top edge has been rolled to prevent it from coming apart. There is some fiberglass wick super glued below the ring of 37 jets. This allows the stove to be filled and lit with a pot already in place. If you use enough priming fuel it will blossom with a pot already on it. This stove burns really HOT.

(SOLD), is the one piece version of the stove above. I finally figured out how to roll the edge all the way down the inside. This stove doesn't need any priming wick and will usually blossom in about 20 seconds with some gentle fanning or blowing. It has 22 jets and has a really great flame pattern. (this stove has a small dent near the bottom rim that occured during the press, it however does not affect performance or stability)

Last, is the Super Stove replica. This stove burns great but looks a little ugly on the inside wall. I believe that the die I use to press these is wearing out. It does fit the bottom of beer can pots perfectly or you can use just about any other pot you want. (the wick I used is a little slow to soak up fuel and may let it run off the edge, I use a squeeze bottle and fill it slowly)

Ok guys, the stoves are going fast. I still have the Super stove replica (which is the ultimate stove in my opinion) You can use it with beer can pot, small pots, wide pots and it isn't severly affected by cold pots or cold ground.
