Author and illustrator: The Ultimate Hang: An Illustrated Guide To Hammock Camping
A warm welcome from a fellow Scoutmaster in Florida. I have hammocked on every troop outing in the past 13 months, plus OA events and several personal outings. My live will be complete if I never have to go to the ground again.
Ask away, any questions you may have, and let us know if we can be of assistance. There are dozens of us scouters here. Some have hanging troopers, others do not. There are only a handfull in our area, but we are working to change that.

Thanks for the warm welcome!!!
Right now, my goals are to get the suspension thing figured out on my HH Backpacker UL (replacing with Dynaglide whoopies) and how to stay warm in the PNW winter.
Welcome! Always nice to see more from the PNW
