Thanks

never mind, I just saw the size you want.
I sold mine, cause it just looked to much like a women's skirt, and bought a Sportkilt Hiker. Very happy since!:

Even a Stillwater Thrifty is better:

YMMV.

There used to be a company named “Tilt” that made uber durable goth type kilts for stores like the Hot Topic. Not street stylish, but perfect in the woods because of the attachment and closer points (some Velcro and lashing buttons like ExOfficio pants). I‘ve had both of my pair for years, tough, but I can’t find any info on them on the web this morning. That business may have folded.
My brother swears by a company called Utilikilt (utilikilt.com). He’s a master electrician, lots of clothing wear and abuse, but he loves his kilt. But they are very high dollar. They can be ordered longer in length, his hang slightly below the knee, so he can still work low to the ground.
Good luck and let us know what you find.
Utilikilts are great, but VERY heavy and made of cotton...not the best for hiking.
