It is actually CR 102, not Hwy 9.
I think it would be easiest to meet at the Bull Moose restaurant. It is a short drive from there and I could meet folks up there say every couple of hours. I'm waiting for a response from Mark about exact mileage, but haven't heard back yet. Sorry, it's one of those places I can drive to, but am not able to give solid directions. Hence my suggestion for meeting at the Bull Moose.

Looks like I'm late to the party on this one. But, if anyone is up for one in say jan/feb. I'm in. If so, should we start a new thread for mid winter, or keep this one going.
Perhaps in the mad scramble for sexy light weightness I and everyone else has forgotten the most important function of gear – not that it must weight nothing, look good and be cheap, but that it must keep you alive and increases your survivability.

The actual address is: 3661 Co Rd 102.
It is just over 2 miles north on 102 from the Bull Moose in Guffey. Guffey is a tiny little town and the Bull Moose is very easy to find. Assuming folks are still coming, I should be there around 2 today.
