I'm hanging lights at the theatre for a play that opens in a couple of weeks. Does that count? I had to pass up a chance to camp with our venturer company this weekend.

I will be hanging in a hammock next Friday-Sunday at a Scout camp near Perth, Ontario as part of an outdoor skills course.

We've checked with the judges and unforunately that doesn't count..sorry. I hope you have a great time next week though...and tonight to.

Not tonight. Next weekend I have a 3 day trip, the following weekend is trail days, then the following weekend is a 4 day somewhere for Memorial day.

How'd it go Heescha? not so good for me...the sleeping bag I used for a quilt was way too warm...it was 45f and I had brought out my 5f bag

...I figured as a quilt it wouldn't hold as much heat as it wasn't zipped up...I was wrong.....who knew it would be that warm...there was still snow on the ground 2 weeks ago...

If you think about it, if you use your sleeping bag as quilt you are almost doubling up the loft on top since what is usually under you is now also on top of you keeping in all that extra heat from escaping above.
