CLOSED: Giving up sleeping in a Hammock

POST WITHDRAWNAfter 3 years of hammock camping I going back to the ground. I love how comfortable hammocks are but I just can't sleep in them. Too confining for me. With that said I'll be selling most of my gear except for some Diy gear.

HAMMOCK GEAR 20*F Incubator I'd like to get what I paid $239 This includes shipping No wait time get it now!

LAWSON cuben fiber tarp for hammocks with dutch hook, zing it ridgeline, dutch flies. I using glowline for tarp tie outs paid $275. I would like $225 includes shipping.

SWITCHBACK SINGLE 1.9 in Spruce green includes Stock whoopie sling suspension with tree straps and elephant clips. I also have dynaglide bright orange Whoopie slings attached right now. I have made slight mod and replaced all shock cord with lighter shock cord, along with glow wire shock cord tyouts. I have took off the tye downs for the bug net and replaced them with velcro bands from REI. would like $175

All item have been used about 4 nights I just got this over the summer as I upgraded my equipment. As I have said all item are new and have been stored in a non smoking home. I'll have more for sale soon.

Anyone know if the Incubator will fit a BMBH without modding or fiddling? 77"length works but don't know about 44"width as the Mnt Wash is 42"W I believe.

Did you try a bridge hammock yet?
Looks to me like those let you move around a little better.

    Say it's not so....

This looks like a job for H.A. (Hanger's Anon.)

Seriously, before you hit the deck, like dkperdue asked, have you looked into bridge hammocks?

I have JRBB as well. I plan to keep this one along with some of my Diy stuff. I just toss and turn too much for a hammock. After a day of hiking on the ground I fall right to sleep. However in a hammock I toss and turn all night long and sleep and wake every 2 hours. I'm just exhausted in the morning. I love the comfort of a hammock. I just can't sleep in them.
I have used WBBB ,WB traveler. Eno double. JRBB, Switchback. and several diy hammocks.MY favorite is the diy I made per Knottys instructions.

It doesn't have to be all or nothing. I would keep both the tent and hammock setups. There are times when each have their advantages. If you enjoyed it for 3 years, you may miss it when it's gone. Give it a break, then come back to it. Your setup is too nice to part out so quickly.
