It's great on HF how I'm learning something new every day. But even more amazing is how I can pop on at 9pm and ask people if I made something correct, and experts help me out! It's neat how people around the world can teach and learn together on this forum.

The best thing of all about HF is discovering group hangs in your area, meeting great new people, sitting around the campfire chatting, and seeing all the different setups in person. Highly recommended!

Mellow has its own rewards. Peace!

You should expect that a hammock forum is not full of hotheads.

"Marge! I have to stay up for a while. Someone on the Internet is WRONG!"

    (I just love that one.)

Now that is funny stuff right there.
The bliss of a hammock is enough to consume me as well. Seems my thoughts are always related to hammocks one way or another.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

I have discovered one potentially negative side effect... I run the risk of becoming a bit of a hoarder! I caught myself yesterday when I finished off the last bit of some agave nectar in my tea at work and not only did the thought occur to me to not throw away such a nice bottle but I considered posting to see if someone knew what I could make from it (any suggestions? ).

you are not alone, Dave! I just hauled 2 contractor bags of pop/drink bottles down to the recycle place...been saving them for projects, fuel bottles, water lights, etc...DH finally tired of the boxes of (clean, sorted) empty bottles in the garage....sigh. I kept out a few. a very very few.
