I got this book after spending about 40 hours reading posts on this site. I could've saved myself a lot of time by reading the book first. It answered most of my initial questions quickly and clearly.
Ms. Chef gave me this for Christmas!
Now if I can get her to read it too!

I finally got to open my copy Christmas morning. As so many other hangers have said, it is a super book. I am so glad I got a copy.
