    mini-hammock

A few weeks ago i found a fairly small (under 30cmx30cm) peice of matirial, with no use for it.
while fiddling around with it, i came up with an interesting idea (possibly)
i took the matiriel, and formed it into a simple "banana" style hammock, with a pair of short cords coming out of it. I then used these two cords to attach the small hamock to my main hammock ridge-line, using prussic knots. this forms a mini-hammock where i can store my glasses or my phone or something simmilar.

    has this been done before?
Does anyone have any ideas to improve the mini-hammock?

That's a cool idea. It's sorta like a gear hammock on the ridge line. Pics would be nice.

I can't get the pics to work, but I think Just Jeff has something similar to this (on a little larger scale) on his site.

Yeah. For some reason your pics aren't showing up. You have a password on your photo hosting account?

They were formatted correctly but still not showing up. I made them links that you can click on. They seem to work that way.

    Great first project

This mini-hammock would be a great first project! Make the model, then the real thing, and then you get a gear loft as a bonus!
