About to pull my hair out.... HELP!

    o.k. guys. I need help.

Santa wants to bring me an underquilt for christmas. I know i want something rated to at least 20 degrees, but would prefer a 0 degree quilt. I will be using this in my eno double nest. I am a big dude, broad shoulders.

I have read "the Ultimate hang" and have been doing some research, but i am over whelmed.

    please help.

I recently posted this spreadsheet of all the Full Length down UQs I could find that might help in your research

Shug is the man when you need a "how to" video on how to hang a piece of hammock gear. After watching a Shug video I feel like the folks on the Holiday Inn Express commercials...I am not a hammock expert but I did watch a Shug video last night....

I was in your situation just last month. I went with the incubator and I can't say enough good things about my dealings with Adam. They make it in 0 or 20 degree, I bought the 20 degree. So far I love it and quality and communication are top notch.

    Good Luck

Well, hum, lots of UQ, lots of options, can choose only one . Their are some great quilts out their. For me I choose Hammock Gear. The Incubator is a top notch piece of gear and you really cant go wrong with it. Hammock Gear does excellent work paired with great customer service. Also me personally am a big fan of the channel suspension and find it much easier to hang and adjust the UQ.

If you plan on trying to use it anytime before the end of winter, definitely go for the 0* quilt. Then go to Hammockgear.com and order the length quilt you want.

After all these are the folks that drove for 11 hours overnight to field repair WaterMonkey's cuben fiber tarp. As customer service goes, Adam and Jenny go above and beyond every time.

I can whole heartedly recommend the Incubator 20* from Hammockgear. I asked and received a custom sized UQ to fit me, I am a bigger hanger as well. It measures 52" wide X regular length. It fits me like........, well a custom made UQ. Give them a call but also shop around and see what the other UQ makers are willing to do in working with you.

most if not all vendors here on hf will happily do custom work if you directly contact them with your specific needs. it might take longer and cost a little bit more, but the comfort factor will be worth it. also, there is always diy!

I think the incubator 0* is the way to go for me. i plan on using a sleeping bag on top, so i'm not too worried about the width.
