Cannibal was at the SEHHA get together in Hot Springs a week or two ago. He is hiking with Genuine Draft these days. There are probably photos of him from that get together in the Gallery.

When I talked to him at SEHHA, he expressed a very little bit of remorse for not keeping up with his journal, but I think he's having too good of a time to worry about it. AFAIK he's still going strong.

Can't find a dang internet connection long enough to post to my journal. I should have gotten a PocketMail, oh well. I made a quick post just now and am probably just going to start fresh instead of trying to get 6 weeks of entries posted. I can always go back and fill in later. I'm in Troutdale, VA today eating good burgers.

I'm having the time of my freakin life out here!!!!!!!! My feet hurt, my belly is empty (well, not right now), and I'm always thirsty, but MAN WHAT A RIDE! I've even run out of reasons to think about quitting and have already made a list way too long of trails I want to hike next.

No ground; not yesterday, today, or ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Warbonnet is ON!

Cannibal, don't sweat the TJ. You and Genuine Draft are having too good a time to worry about the details. Fill us in when you can. It was great meeting you guys at Ed's hang, hope to see you again some time. Enjoy your hike!
