Deal on a 0F mummy bag.

I hope this is in the right place, if not, mods feel free to pwn away.

KMart has an excellent deal on a good beginner's winter bag, or a target for a TQ conversion project. The Swiss gear crevasse 0F bag goes for around $50 on Amazon, $34 at KMart normally, and is $17 right now on sale.

I just grabbed two more. I have the same bag in a slightly different version, and it is very good for a synthetic bag under $100.

0F might be slightly optimistic, but it is quite easily a legitimate 20F.

We would be one step closer to world peace, if everyone slept in a hammock..

82oz out of the package, so heavy by most standards, but for the money, it's hard to beat. It's pretty well built, has a huge draft tube, and a cinch at the shoulder as well. It also has a zip closed fleece 'window' in the foot box for ventilation.

Wow that thing's 82oz (5.1lbs) just for the mummy bag itself (not the storage case)?! I've been thinking about picking one up but thought it was closer to 4.2lbs. It is supposed to have 56oz of fill, so does it really have 26oz of fabric and zipper - that's an aweful lot.
