    Lights for your hammock?

Well, since almost everybody has all the Christmas stuff out in the stores now, you can probably find some small, battery powered lights to use on your hammock and tarp now.

I mentioned this to my wife last year and she found a set of white, and a set of colored lights at Walmart (She thinks it was Walmart).
The colored ones used smaller batteries, so I took them on a couple of Scout camping trips and they worked well for running along the tarp, but not so good for illuminating the inside (White would have been the better choice there.)

Anyway, they both also got packed up with all the other Christmas light last January, so I have not used them the rest of the year!

Picked up a few sets (white and blue) cheap from target last year after christmas, solar powered ones...little heavy but great for car camping...charge during the day and last a good few hours at night....look awesome on the hammock!

Have solid colours too and drop to a few dollars after christmas!

I have a set of solar string lights (look like chinese laterns) from Harbor Freight that I use when camping near my car. On the moto, I take the ENO LED's in red.

BurningCedar first put me onto the Nite Ize Spotlit. They are wonderful little lights and we now carry them in our store. 2 years and I'm still on my original battery.
