    Question what is overstuff?

    i have heard it used befor... and just thought it was like things that had more down in them than needed but i just want to make sure due to the fact that i plan on making an uq and dont want to mess up

    you have grasped the concept correctly- overstuff is more down in the channel than the amount required to fill said capacity; this keeps the down just a tiny bit compressed, which helps stop it from all packing into the low spots under the pull of gravity.

    Adding more down to a quilt, i.e. "overstuffed with an additional 2 oz of 900fp".

    ahh got yah...now i suppose i have one more question then.. how would i go about making the baffles for the down

    And as Grizz just made a you tube video of taping up a Cuben Underquilt, with all them fancy baffles so you can see the design, manufacture and stuffing, it's probably a good time for you to watch it.

    Sit down and get comfortable, its about 17 minutes. Relax, it's good for you
