Well, I've made a couple of primitive canvas tents, as well a slew of clothes, but somehow the thought of cutting into something I've paid money for is a bit unnerving. However; I may give it a go. Worse case scenario, I screw it up or don't like it, I send it to be done by the pros. If it works I'm only out the cost of the thread and zippers. It's a win-win situation no matter what. I love my Henny but I need my top loading convenience.
