You guys must love your Safaris. I'm interested in trying one out as my deep jungle can currently be found hanging across my 17 yr old son's bedroom. ( It took a while for him to sell Mom on that idea, but she admits that she does like being a cool parent.)
How does the WBBB 1.7 dbl compare to the Safari as far as a flat lay for a wide bodied 6'3" tall guy?

At 6'3" you should have enough length in an Explorer. The Explorer Deluxe is warranted to 300 lbs. You can probably get away with a little more weight, but the warranty has to have a limit. Is your Deep Jungle an XL? If so, it is the same size as an Explorer, so you can compare the roominess. If it is not an XL. it is the same size as the Asym, Hyperlight, and Expedition models. I can't compare any Hennessy hammock to another brand, sorry.
