How about a whole bunch of potatoes and carrots?

Anyone have an idea how much I might have to bring to supply all 3 nights? I'm having a hard time imagining the scale of these pots

The pots will be 10qt=2,5 gallons. For good gut satisfaction a person needs 16-20oz serving . One pot will feed 12-14 people. Thursday night is covered.
So if you have 10 lbs taters, 2-3 lbs carrots, 2-3 lbs onions that should be more then anuff. Also don't forget the garlic !
