Thanks for the praise everyone lol. It weighs exactly 16oz with the suspension I'm currently using.
@Gra_factor: The seams are straight and I've noticed a bit of floppiness, but I think I might just be able to tie the ends the other way to fix it. I was a little tight in the center, which was causing the ends to be loose. I think if I turn the knots in my suspension around it should be tighter at the ends and give more in the center (perhaps...)
EDIT: Figured out the problem when I hung it somewhere else. The suspension that I'm using doesn't have very good adjustability (i.e., you can wrap it around the column once, if it's too loose you can wrap it around again, but you're at the whim of the circumference of whatever you're hanging is) So the tautness I was experiencing in the center of the hammock body was just because my hang was too shallow. This can easily be fixed by a ridgeline or suspension with more varying adjustability so I can get a deeper hang in my hammock before laying in it (whoopie slings here I come!)
@Richtorfla: Yeah... this is dangerous. Now I'm going to start making all kinds of things with reckless abandon. Dark days of creation are at hand!
