This is an awesome starter kit. The larger lense and flash although are autofocus only work on this camera manually. The lense worked on my old 35mm canon rebel but for some reason won't work on auto on this camera. My wife and I are wanting to go to a smaller camera that we can use all the time versus carrying this bad boy. . . lol
