+1 to that. The important part of that is that it is money well researched, well spent and much enjoyed

Best possible advice, don't just look at it and write about it, but get out there and use it. If you only hang once in a while, you've got way to much gear.

The only solution to this madness is to buy a sewing machine, and start building more gear...

Just bought one and now I am waiting for payday to buy material for my first hammock, I have been practicing with some fabric to get comfortable with the machine, i can't wait to make my first piece of gear.

I have over ten hammocks with whoopies, elephant trunks and carabiners and chain links and ridgelines and rain flys and TQ and UQ and Poncho Liners and tree straps and on and on and on. It is such a pleasant addiction.
I also find the forum and addiction, I sneek a peak quite often at work. I can be in the middle of typing something and feel the need to sneak another peak at today's post or the for sale forum. I find myself saying, "I wonder what's on the forum right now", and then there I go back to reading the posts. I cannot go a day at work without getting on the forum several times. I hope the boss never finds out..
