Mine were $15.36 at Sierra using the 30 % deal flyer coupon, with free shipping over $100, so I did some Christmas shopping as well.

For the size I checked my taller ones that I already own, and they are a XL and I wear a 11. So I think the XL may top out at 12 or 13.
