It was. I used my Winter Yeti with overstuff....Black Mamba TQ, foot pad and my parka on feet and was oh so warm. Never a cold spot.

That cuben hammock was really cool! Fronkey looked like he didn't want to get out of it.

Also, how low do you go before you stop using the MBD Elite or other alcohol stoves? I was surprised you were using it at zero degrees.

That is a down parka....one on mine too. Not wearing so over the feet it goes to ensure warm feet. Works fantastic.
I used the Fancee Feast stove to -19º last year and my Mini-Atomic has been to -26º. I sleep with an ounce of fuel in my pocket and use the stoves only for "Breakfast from the Hammock".

Gee I had to drive 4 hours north to find snow...you guys had plenty! Looks like you guys had a blast! I really like the idea of an attached UQ. I saw WV's this past weekend and it looked WARM!
