    Let me check my schedule and see. Another issue may be the roads up there. From my understanding they're pretty crazy this time of year even with 4wd

    Not at all ... if they're icy ... that's a different story but a week ago they were just fine ... 4WD not needed on Kistler ... just slow and steady. Ruts and wash boarding was marginal since the last grading of the road. East side gets more shadow time in the winter so inside icy curves can be a problem but again ... see what the weather is like before you go.

    Great thanks for info! I haven't been up in That area since I was a kid so good to know

    If the the Forest Service Roads are bad go in by Shortoff Mountain by the wolfpit rd.
