Nope. Not tonight as I don't have any under insulation yet, and I have an early day tomorrow. Gonna pick up a wally world blue pad tomorrow and I just might spend tomorrow night in it. But im not sure yet they're calling for rain and I'm going to start my tarp later this week so it would be wet.

    Oh Boy, you are hooked

Looks like a great start to the DIY game

Ok we dodged the raindrops this afternoon and finally got some pictures.
Wow this thing is way wider than the GTUL.

Kids love hammocks! Yes that is a ratchet strap serving as a SRL.

    The scrap gear hammock.

Well it seems to work pretty well. At least he kidos love it!

    Anyway here are the specs:
This hammock is a double layer hammock.
    Weight: 19.5oz
Whipping to whipping length : 120"
    Width : 70.5"

The gear hammock was a left overs project :
    Weight: 3.25oz
    Length : 60"
    Width: 45"

I'm really pleased with the way they both turned out! The only thing is, I think I really need to get together with a seasoned hanger to get it dialed in for the correct hang. Seems like no matter what I do it just "ain't quite right". Maybe if someone could point me toast link on the how to and whys of adjustment it would be great. I didn't get a change to put all the pads in between the layers and try the sleeping bag because it was starting to rain again, but it is on my list for tomorrow.

Thanks for looking, and please and pointers are greatly appreciated!
