I'm not sure what to say. I tried to buy a squeeze system with extra 2L bags and continually got the error message. It never said that I had gotten an order through. I've called and left an email message. I would really like to get this done while the code is still good. Hopefully, I'll hear from someone and can get this done.

I need to let you all know that Sawyer Products called me back within half-an-hour of my call/email. We handled the sale over the phone for a squeeze system and they honored the code. Less than five minutes later I got another call just to confirm that they had sent me an email invoice. They also said that they would probably be shipping the product today or at least by in the morning. Just wanted to let you all know. Thanks for the heads-up on a great deal. Kudos to Sawyer for customer service.

ordered a filter and spare bags. When I hit the button to finish I got an error. Does Sawyer send a confirming email?

Yep, I got two confirmation emails. One receipt for my credit card and one confirmation for my order. Both came within a minute of placing my order.

Don't know if this is causing your problem but after entering the quantities on the order page make sure you click the "Add to Cart" button before clicking the "Checkout" button.

I could only get my order to work after I used IE explorer. Chrome and Firefox kept giving a java error

Whewww! That was hard, but got er done by phone. They said I already had a pass word and would send it to me, but it never came through. Turned out it was in my spam folder, but by the time I figured that out I was all ready placing the order by phone. Any way, it's done.

I got a point one filter squeeze system(will also see if that will work in the gravity). As it was only $8 a bottle ( I usually pay at least $20) I got 3 of the 24 oz squeeze trigger bottles of Permethrin. It is so odor free, I might even use some of that in yhe house next summer. And I got some Picaridin products at a great price also.

Well right now I am not thrilled to find Golite has sent me a Womens Pinnacle when I ordered a Mens. OTOH, how you going to beat this:

Bunch of stuff at great sale price ( including $19 worth of 24 oz Permethrin for $8(ordered 3) ! Also water filter and bunch of 20% Picaridin- I am ready for the bugs next spring!

Hard to believe! Hopefully they won't send me Women's Permethrin or water filter!
