i belly sleep often enough at home, but frankly never feel the need to do so in a hammock. that being said, a knee pillow (in my case, a down jacket) is pure gold.

I'm a belly sleeper in my bed at home, but a side sleeper in my hammock, sometimes an almost belly/side sleeper (not quiet all the way over on my belly). I don't seem to have the urge to belly sleep when I'm in my hammock so luckily it's not a problem.
