Did you send a confermation email to Tom at [email protected]?
Order instructions: "Please email Tom as soon as you have completed your Paypal payment, so I can follow up and confirm that your payment has been received. Thank you"
I oredered 1 today and received a confermation from Tom in 3 minutes after I emailed him.
Definitely email Tom to advise him of payments and your address. When I ordered I did this and got confirmation the next day. IIRC, the hammock was then shipped only a day or two later, yet took about 2 weeks to get it.
