Thats a really great looking tarp Paul! Looks easy to setup, very little added weight, and I bet it would really help keep the sides out when you get that unexpected snowstorm overnight. Great design!

    Cheers

I'm going to have one of these in the near future. I'm not a big fan of black but tree bark brown would be nice. Keep us updated if you find some new colors.
We are now ready to start our way down the Great Unknown. We are three quarters of a mile in the depth of the earth. We have an unknown distance yet to run, an unknow river yet to explore. What falls there are, we know not; what rocks beset the channel, we know not; what walls rise over the river, we know not. Ah, well! We may conjecture many things. The men talk as cheerfully as ever; jests are bandied about freely this morning; but to me the cheer is somber and the jests are ghastly. Powell 1869

Well to borrow a quote Paul.

Maybe even some pics of it packed and then this tarp will finish the transition from want to need.

    Thumbs up

I ordered from Paul on December 21st and asked him if I'd have it for a hang on January 7th. He said I should get it by then. On January 5th, it was at my doorstep.

Here are some shots of it with a Eureka Chrysalis inside (hopefully, I uploaded correctly; first time doing this).

The first is a shot of the Chrysalis; second is a side view of the tarp; third is the other side battened down for the wind. I had lots of room on both sides of the hammock. At one point, I also had a chair in there beside the hammock without having to pull the hammock over to one side. It has tons of room if you had to hunker down in bad weather. I'm sold on the pole placement. This is definitely a well thought out, well made product. Thanks Paul!
