I have two hooks kitty corner in my computer room in the corners of the walls. I have my wifes HH setup so I can just loop it over teh hooks when I want to use it. The reason hers is set up is because mine is always packed and ready to go at a moments notice.

I just keep the shop-vac handy, and a fly-swatter. (Swat, then vacuum.) You have to swat them aggressively, or they'll jump at you

I don't think they see too well. They're not all that bright, either, and did I mention they're ugly? Here I am insulting them, heaping insult upon injury. Poor things.

I don't have very many anyway since I put the dehumidifier in.

I took a 2 hour nap in the basement hammock (HH Expedition) this afternoon, since I've gotta work tonight. Planning to try out the KAQ underquilt tomorrow night outside in the 36F temps.

I took a 5 hour nap in my HH Hyperlite today. Will be using my Nest and No Sniveller in the N. Georgia Mtns. for the first time Sat.nite. Temps should be around 40.

I used a couple of 2x 4's. I put the yeybolt in the 2 x4 and then screwed the 2 x 4 to the wall spanning two studs. I have a "hammock Room", nothing but camping and hunting gear in there. It is where I do all my prototyping, measuring, stuff like that. I sleep in it about half the time.

i`ve been sleeping in a hammock in my bed room since early 05.
i have an eye bolt type lag screw in the door jam & a long eye bolt going all the way through the wall, w/ a nut & washer on the outside. but i`m sure your wife wouldn`t go for that.
but some years back, i was living in a tralier (paying rent) & wanted to hang a punching bag. so i built a frame out of 2x4s. i had leather scraps between the frame & the wall so when i moved & took it down, there was no damage.
but, i have a feeling not many wifes would go for that either<G> ...tim

I had mine set up in my bedroom for a couple of months when I first got it, just so I could get the 'hang' of it. It hung neatly between the end of the rail in my wardrobe and the beam between the two floor-to-ceiling louvred windows.

When I wanted it to look like the home of a sane person I could unhook the window end and hang it in the closed wardrobe.

    5 hours...that's not a nap, it's darn near a nights' sleep!
