    First Hammock

Look who just got her first hammock!

I just set it up outside and enjoyed my first moment laying in extreme comfort! I may have set it up a bit wrong for my first go, but that will improve with time. I was thinking about looking at some different suspension ideas but overall I am very pleased with what I have. This will work wonders during my 2012 Appalachian Trail Thu-Hike.

I just needed to share with someone, since my family doesn't share my love for the outdoors.

    Merry Christmas to me!

Welcome and congrats! Beautiful thing, hanging, beautiful!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

New hammock and 2000+ miles to play with it. Don't get much better than that! Good luck to you on forthcoming adventure! I will be sure to check your blogs from time to time.

Just read part of your blog and it looks like you got things worked out for yourself. Good job and have alot of fun.
we need lots of pictures and a video or two.
