    only thing I can add to what has already been said is that in the upper 60s - lower 70s range of temps, a bit of a breeze can still cool you down. I pop up
    something to cut the breeze, a NeetSheet works well.

    a couple of nights out and you'll know whether you need under-cover at those temps.

    Welcome to HF. I have three small dogs and sometimes they lay still, but they tend to bark at any noise which is a shock to wake up to when in a nice deep sleep. LOL...
    They will definitely let me know if anything is around, even if it's only a field mouse.
    So, most times I don't let them sleep with me.

    Hammocks aren't colder, they just require a different approach to being warm...a more sophisticated paradigm.
