probably could cook the eggs over a fire with all that wood.
if you're planning on scramble, i would recommend cracking all the eggs first and mixing at home if you haven't thought of that already.
i can help with making the eggs and bacon if you and Anthony want to do the pancakes.

Wow I haven't checked this in a while. I will have a two burner Coleman camp stove and a few extra pans if needed. Just say the word.
if it's sausage and not bacon i'd wrap them up in tin foil and toss them on a fire and just bring some tongs to flip it. the other thing we could do is just make a small fire and if someone has a wire rack for camp fire you could lay that over 2 logs with the fire in the middle. i can bring up some cedar pieces to get a good little fire going. i'll probably have a little hatchet with me to set stakes but someone local might want to bring a full size axe so we could split some finer pieces for cooking with.
it's a pain to all up all that equipment just to cook breakfast.

Yup, the cedar is a good idea. I'm actually keeping this kinda simple...just one pan for the eggs and one griddle (which Anth needs for the pancakes anyway) for the sausage. Since I'm pre-cooking the sausage, throwing them in foil on a rack is an option. I'll bring some foil in case I choose to go that route.
PS I have an axe that I will bring if you are considering bringing cedar logs that need splitting.
