Here are a couple pictures of my son in his new Cub hammock. He is 9 and this is a nice size for him. It should be a few years before he outgrows it.

Does that rain fly come with it?

Yes, the rain fly came with it, but I would check with Hennessy.
They were giving them away as a Holiday purchases prime. The weight and size restrictions is rather low. Believe 5'8 and 120 pounds. It appears not listed for sale (?). Who knows what their intentions are for the product.
Holiday bundle makes a great adult + youth intro package. It was my first and only "new" gear purchase. My son and I stuck with these (with hacks and mods as we experimented) till he hit a few growth spurts. He's graduated to the expedition now and I've moved on to other models lighter in weight. HH Exped Asym + Cub let us easily climb off the ground years back.

Nice pics. Glad to see you starting another generation of outdoor folks. Thanks for posting.

Free advice worth what you paid for it. ;-)
Its great to see the pics and hearing that your enjoying time together. I have a HH and the simple reason why is that Hennsey has good marketing and their 'package' is a very easy way to get started. If you don't know about this great forum and the ideas and experience of the many members it is an easy way to start.
Anyway, their products and service is good.
ENJOY
