    Grand Canyon Pre-Planning

There has been spotted interest in doing a forum-wide Grand Canyon group hang so I wanted to start some planning now to gauge general interest.

I voted for N. Rim Wilderness cause the view is real pretty. I would also be down for the S. Wilderness as well. I prefer wilderness camping to campgrounds. Depending on the dates I would love to attend. Any ideas about what time of year you were thinking about.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

I'm curious too, I'd be up for this, if I can get the time off work.

LMAO...I thought you were talking about the PA Grand Canyon not the actual Grand Canyon. Don't think I'll be able to make it to this trip a bit to far for me. Sorry Carry on.

Lazy River Road, set up a hang at the Pa. Grand Canyon. I'd be interested, I grew up in the York area and still have family up there to visit. Sounds like a good hang to me.

Maybe East Coast/West Coast hangs? Real Grand Canyon for the Westerns and somewhere TBD for us Easties?

I'd love to go to the Grand Canyon, and eventually will, I just doubt I would be able to in the next 18-24 months. Wouldn't want to miss such a big event!
