We sure did. I enjoy the sharing with others as much as others sharing with me.

I saw the tree and thought, man...that looks fun. In fact, it was so fun, I had to climb down it and do it again.

Thanks again for helping me get my pack weight down. I didn't even miss the camp shoes.

The hammock xmas lights may have been a first. It was the first time I have seen it done anyway. The river crossing looked like good fun. Yeah, morning hiking is the best. That is a really nice area, the creek, the waterfalls, and the hills! That was a great trip report, thanks for showing it, FireInMyBones!

It sure was fun. I think I may have even let an "awesome" slip at some point.

I actually got the idea for the lights from someone on here. The only issue was the weight: ~4.6oz with the battery pack. But it did...lighten the mood.
I'm glad you enjoyed being brought along. I certainly enjoyed the trip.

Notices happen. I hope "Shivers" becomes "Toasty" too. I think he'd enjoy the trips in the future more. It goes to show you: even with a 0F bag, the insulation under you is where its at.

Nice looking trip indeed. I live about an hour away, looks like I might have to do that hike in the near future.

    I love that trail.
We always time it to have lunch down at Matthews Creek there at the cable bridge. Sit on those huge rocks, have lunch and then move on.
