Of course you have to plan this when I am working...The one disadvantage to being a teacher is you miss one of the best months to backpack, because school starts up.

Well I have some bad news....Scott will not be making this trip. He will be going overseas....he is really bummed and was looking forward to this trip. He gave me the go ahead so I booked my flight today. So i am Idaho bound, arriving Wednesday leaving Monday. Joe

Well that just sucks and is great news all in one

Going to really miss having Scott there. I'll be thinking about him, tell him to be safe over there. Glad that you will be comming out though Joe. Think we will have a good hike planned for you. Keith and I were talking last week about trying to check out an area in the next month or so that might be really good for the hang.

It looks like three of us will be making the trip in September. We all will need fishing gear and other help to catch lots of fish. I will be departing on an Alaska trip tomorrow, and will have limited Internet for the next 20 days. Will catch up on details later.

Glad you are going to make it although I'm sorry Scott won't be there.

When it gets a little closer I will get in touch with you to find out what I can pick up so you won't have to waste time shopping.
