For All Those Hattin On Eno Dryfly

The ENO DryFly was abused by the weather on my latest outing, and stood up just fine. It withstood the pressure of about 20 lbs of wet heavy snow. later in the night, it withstood wind speeds sustained about 30 mph, with gusts 55+ with out getting loose. truly is an amazin tarp.

Glad to hear that. I've only got to set mine up a couple of times and it was pretty much fair weather when I did.

Good to see it worked well for you. Its not the quality that people have issues with. Its the weight and coverage. People that are weight conscious for backpacking prefer lighter materials such as silnylon and cuben fibre. The catenary cuts are very deep and decrease side coverage a little. If it workds for you, that's great.

The only thing that I "hate on" from ENO is those straps, but that's a topic for another dozen threads.
