New Poster - Relatively new hammock camper

Hello from MI, I just registered today so I could get in on the MI hang in February. I have had a HH Exped-Asym for about two years. Have done a few backpacking trips with it and love it. Just got my first batch of winter gear and hope to go to the MI hang for my first winter hang experience.

Welcome aboard. I'm just down the street in Marshall, and I work in BC.

    Redo: Close Hammocker

Redo: I graduated from Marshall and have lived in Calhoun County my whole life, minus 3.5 years in Mt. Pleasant for college. I work in BC as well. Do you ever hang out at Ft. Custer? I think there might be some weekend trips in my future, either to get used to winter camping for the hang or as a few trips after the hang to keep up with it.

I still haven't ever hung over at the Fort, just hiked and biked over there. I'm thinking of doing a practice run before the hang too. Need to get some more gear together tho'. I'm not a native Martian (is that what they call people from Marshall? ) but I ended up here.
    Good luck,
