And there you have it! My name has changed at my request. Thanks Cannibal! Popeye was a nickname given me by some of my team mates because I squint 1 eye when not wearing sunglasses on sunny days and I have been told that I have somewhat a Robin Williams profile. I don't see it myself. The number 62 is and has been my badge # since July 6, 1982.

Intresting posts, I wonder about these sometimes. Mine is boring, it is just my girls names shortened then my commitment to them. So, Maddy (Mad) Rachel (Rac) me (Dad), not very creative but it reflects my prioritys.

My first post. I’ve been lurking for a while now. Seems like a good time as any to introduce myself.
My last name is Benjamin. I’ve been Benji my entire life. Others have tried to give me a “Trail Name” none have been able to stick.
I have coworkers of 5+ years that have no idea my name is Matt.

Benji: Welcome! I work with guys who don't bother learning first names either, I'm a first name guy, so I get a kick out of it.

Well, mine is from one of my other hobbies, skydiving. The main parachutes used at one of the dropzones I jump at are multi-colored, and I always thought we were going up to "paint the sky with color", hence, "SkyPainter".

Funny the tricks the mind plays on you. When I did my first quick read through I read "my commitment to them" as "my committment to a home"---something which might come as a result of having kids.
